The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of fulfillment requests. They will work closely with the marketing department for day-to-day direction and training. They will be responsible for ordering inventory, and pulling/packing/shipping order requests. These orders will be for samples, literature and displays and will ship to our customers’ locations. MRS expects this person to execute the highest level of service to both our internal and external customers. This position reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing, with a dotted line to the Marketing Coordinator. This is a part-time, non-exempt employment opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Order inventory of samples, literature, and displays
- Decide min/max inventory levels for each SKU
- Develop work order request system to manage flow
- Restock inventory when it arrives
- Pull/pack/ship requests
- Work closely with MRS inside and outside sales teams to service shipping needs to customers
- Effectively communicate to customers the status of their orders and provide updates as needed
- Create and distribute reports regarding marketing and sample levels, billing, and inventory.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any problems that may arise
- Support Marketing Coordinator with special events and samples.

- Must be able to stand/walk for up to the full shift and occasionally lift 30-50 lbs
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures depending on season
- No fulfillment experience needed. We will train.
