GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
The FastenMaster TrussLok Engineered Wood Fastener is designed for joining multi-ply LVL, LSL AND PSL. No pre-drilling…The TrussLok just zips right in. And the TrussLok can fasten up to four plies from one side of the beam. When using nails and other screws, fastening from both sides of the beam is often required. The TrussLok's winged point and anti-friction coating significantly reduces installation torque compared to other self drilling screws of similar diameter, saving time on the job. The TrussLok has a built up chamfer under the head to effectively eliminate snapping during installation. And the TrussLok offers a higher lateral capacity than nails and other proprietary self-drilling screws of similar diameter.
