The member mills of the CRA produce quality products and are dedicated to responsible stewardship of their private redwood forests. EBMDA is a trade association that represents independent building material dealers and their associates in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington. It protects and promotes the welfare and best interest of its members engaged in the retail lumber and building materials business.   Forest Products Laboratory FPL serves the public as the nation's leading wood research institute. FPL is recognized both nationally and internationally as an unbiased technical authority on wood science and use. Scientists conduct research on pulp and paper products, housing and structural uses of wood, wood preservation and the finishing and restoration of wood products.   Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) MTC promotes the development of the timber-based industry in Malaysia and the marketing of timber products. Their mission is to ensure the sustainability of the Malaysian timber industry by improving its competitiveness, enhancing market access and creating trade opportunities.   National Association of Home Builders NAHB is a trade association whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry. Their major goal is to provide and to expand opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing.   New Jersey Lumber Dealers Association NJLDA is a N.J. trade association representing the retail building materials industry. NJLDA'S objective is to help owners improve their management skills and knowledge of the industry and economy in general in order to strengthen their respective positions within their own communities.   North American Wholesale Lumber Association NAWLA is an international trade association of over 650 leading forest products and building material industry wholesalers, manufacturers and industry affiliated companies throughout the United States and Canada. NAWLA is dedicated to enhancing professionalism and efficiency throughout the lumber distribution channel and to the responsible use of forest resources.   Québec Forest Industry Council QFIC represents the softwood lumber manufacturers (including shingles), pulp, paper and cardboard companies and board mills in Québec. It encourages their contribution to socio-economic development, the integrated and sustainable management of forests and the optimal use of natural resources.   Southeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association, Inc. SLMA is a well-rounded association representing independent lumber manufacturers throughout the southeast. It develops programs for the needs of the independent lumber manufacturer with an emphasis on government affairs, marketing, management and operational issues.   Temperate Forest Foundation TFF is a non-profit public charity. Its purpose is to gather, analyze and communicate scientifically credible information to the public on social, economic and ecological issues. Through education the foundation empowers the public with a better understanding of the issues and options surrounding the conservation and development of natural resources.   Western Wood Products Association WWPA represents softwood lumber manufacturers in the 12 Western states and Alaska. WWPA delivers lumber grading, quality control, technical, business information and product support services to sawmills, as well as those who use softwood lumber products throughout the world.   WRCLA WRCLA is a non-profit association representing quality producers of Western Red Cedar lumber products in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, North Dakota (USA) and British Columbia (Canada.) Participating members have access to powerful marketing, promotional and educational programs, exclusive product standards and marketing trademarks.
