Walt Ingram, tractor trailer driver and exemplary member of the MRS team, is retiring after four decades of service to the company. “Walt is an extraordinary individual”, says Steve Boyd, MRS President. “He is loyal, conscientious, dedicated to the company and, above all, a complete professional. He has been an invaluable asset to MRS as an ambassador for the company among our clients.”

Ray Unick, MRS Vice President, is equally effusive in noting the exemplary service of Walt Ingram. “Walt making deliveries is like having another salesman in the field. He is always looking for opportunities to introduce our products to our customers. He cares about our company and our customers, and is a pleasant, helpful professional at all times.”

“I have been dealing with Wally for 33 years,” says Bob Dustin, Salesperson, Jaeger Lumber, Point Pleasant, New Jersey. “He has done his job with class, and has always been polite, caring and friendly.”

“I have known Wally for over 25 years. From the day I had the pleasure of meeting him, he always had a smile on his face,” says Paul Petit, Warehouse Foreman, Somerville Lumber, Bridgewater, New Jersey. “On the difficult days, he has such a positive attitude. He made that part of the day a little better. He also took pride in what he did, making sure the counts and material were here and accurate. I knew that when I dealt with Wally, he was not only watching out for MRS, but also for Somerville Lumber.”

“The lumber industry and I will sorely miss a true professional. I wish Wally the best of luck in his retirement,” Paul Petit adds.

“MRS has been a wonderful place to work,” says Walt. “I have loved going to work in the morning and I will miss it, but it’s time to retire.”

Walt will be relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina after retirement to be closer to his family. He also plans to keep active and to do some traveling. Walt’s first post-retirement trip will be a cruise to the destination of his choice given to him by MRS in appreciation for his many years of service.

We agree. All of us at MRS wish Walt joy, good health and much happiness in his retirement.
